The subconscious mind drives ~95% of our thoughts and behaviors. When hidden from our awareness, this unconscious material—known as the shadow—significantly impacts our lived experience and the overall trajectory of our lives. The fear-based beliefs that hinder us from wholeheartedly pursuing our purpose and actualizing our full potential are deeply embedded within our subconscious mind.
Because we experience our subconscious material as unconscious patterns, we might mistake them for our "personality." As a result, we may be unable to recognize the role we play in perpetuating disempowering cycles and outcomes, just as we may not realize that a more empowering reality actually is within our reach.

This program combines soul purpose astrology with shadow work for truly transformational results.
Shadow work is an incredibly powerful process—it also happens to be deeply misunderstood.
When we talk about the shadow, most people think of something negative, dark, and taboo.
But the shadow is simply that which is unconscious…parts of self that have been repressed, usually because we’ve internalized some sort of shame around those parts of self.
Sometimes our shadow parts are a reflection of the things we judge or criticize in others and are unable to see in ourselves…
But many times, the parts of self we’ve repressed are actually our greatest gifts—portals to our power.
Because we’ve dismissed or invalidated these parts, we play small, disregard our wants and needs, and sacrifice our sovereignty to keep others happy.
We find ourselves facing the same problematic patterns, repeating cycles that leave us feeling frustrated, unclear, and unfulfilled—this usually happens in ways we don't even recognize.

With a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology, a Master’s in cultural anthropology with a research specialization in religious-based war and conflict and a certification in international development, and Pluto conjunct my South Node and Sun in the 8th house of Scorpio, I am an expert in how the shadow manifests in self, society, and systems of oppression.
As an award-winning intercultural educator and practitioner of evolutionary astrology, I have 15 years of experience helping people become aware of their unconscious bias, cultural conditioning, and parental programming so they can break free of these limitations and rediscover their authentic soul’s essence.
I’ve designed and facilitated 30+ leadership development programs in a dozen countries around the world with a focus on helping young leaders and changemakers get clear on their vision, mission, values, and the unique skills and strengths they can leverage to make an impact.
